Current predictions for referrals of infants: 6-7 mo
Court time after referral: 1-2 mo
Visa after that: 1-4 mo
So - our best case scenario is:
Referral: mid-May
Court: mid-June
Visa: mid-July
Worst case:
Referral: mid-June
Court: mid-August (would probably hit the court closures and actually be later than that)
Visa: mid-December
Cross your fingers & toes for us that it's on the short side!
